Ray Smith | Founder & Master Designer
With a master's background in philosophy and over three decades of hands-on mastery in kitchen design and general contracting, Ray Smith approaches home remodeling with a unique blend of analytical precision and creative problem-solving.
Ray began his career in specialized kitchen design, developing an instinct for spatial flow, custom cabinet efficiency, and material integration. Over the course of his career—spanning commercial facilities management to high-end residential renovations—he recognized a widespread flaw in the industry: design and contracting were rarely aligned. Precision Design & Cabinetry was built to bridge that gap.
Ray works directly with every client, taking the time to ask the right questions, understand their lifestyle, and translate their vision into an efficient, beautifully executed space. Known for his meticulous job-site standards, swift scheduling, and transparent communication, Ray ensures every project is completed as promised, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
