When our clients in Scottsdale decided it was time to remodel their beautiful home, they turned to Precision Design & Cabinetry to bring their vision to life. We were honored to transform their kitchen, primary bath and guest bath into spaces that blend comfort, style, and functionality — all with an eye toward aging-in-place features.
Kitchen Transformation
The heart of the home shines with WoodHarbor Shaker-style cabinets finished in a rich walnut stain. Each base cabinet includes convenient roll-outs, offering easy access and safety. We optimized the blind corner base cabinet with a pivot and half-moon slides — turning wasted space into functional storage.
To complete the look, Blue Galaxy Granite countertops add sophistication and durability. Appliance upgrades included a new range with a microwave hood and a full-width refrigerator, perfect for accommodating wide serving trays. We also incorporated a free-standing pantry with roll-outs for added storage.
One challenge was delivering purified water to the new refrigerator. Precision Design engineered a discreet solution through the drop ceiling, maintaining the home’s aesthetics while keeping costs down.
Primary Bath Upgrade
In the primary bath, we lowered the center section of the vanity from stool height to chair height, making them more comfortable now and better suited for the future. We preserved the existing flooring, lighting and mirrors.
Guest Bath Refresh
The guest bath now features beautiful WoodHarbor cabinetry with an updated look. We retained the existing mirror and lighting, giving the room a fresh yet familiar feel.
