We recently remodeled a mid-century townhouse and worked with Ray Smith of Precision Design & Cabinetry to create a gorgeous and highly functional kitchen. The design process was thorough and thoughtful. The wide selection available through WoodHarbor allowed us to choose a style and finish that complemented the design of the entire townhouse. The cabinets are rock solid, the hardware functions perfectly, and the installation is excellent (despite the challenges of working with block wall construction). Problems are inevitable in any construction project and how a contractor deals with them tells you a lot. Our issues were minor, and Ray addressed them forthrightly, never made excuses, and corrected them quickly. Throughout the entire process Ray was honest, easy to communicate with, and delivered on his promises and timeline. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend Precision Design & Cabinetry.
